Chapter 37: Hot, Hot, Hot!
Week 6 completed. This is going to be a shorter post as everything this week was just…meh. Nothing bad, but nothing really awesome either. I had several things over the weekend so this post didn’t get out on Sunday like usual. If you were waiting with abated breath, sorry. But no one texted me wondering where the blog post was….It was a hot week AGAIN. And rainy and stormy. It definitely has been a challenge to maintain what I feel is a good workout rhythm. But I’m getting it done. One week, one day, one workout at a time. It's hard sometimes, but my calendar quote this week was "it doesn't get easier, you get stronger". Yup! Might be a little off, but sure felt like it!
